Return Policy
If you're not happy with your knife, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
To start a return request, please email rysmithknives@gmail.com and include the following:
- The reason for your return
- Two images of the knife lying flat, both sides (blade facing right & left)
If your return is accepted, you'll receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: you are responsible for all return costs, including return shipping and any other associated costs.

Refunds
You'll get an email once your return is received and inspected. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at rysmithknives@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your knife upon reception and contact me right away if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
